BD Link Updated

At the top of the website, the link to PennDOT's Bridge Design standards (the BDs) has been updated.  As Ahcène suggested, the link will now take you to the index sheet of the BDs.  This will allow you to access the most recent standards, as well as a list of recent changes and also the archived standards.

The holiday schedule for next year has been added to the Extra Info page of the website.
